How To Clear Your Browser's Memory Cache

These instructions will help you if you are using AOL 4.0 and above.
NOTE: This page has many graphics and may take a couple of minutes to load completely.


STEP #1
First, launch AOL and sign on.
Then type 'Preferences' in the Keyword box and click 'GO.'

On the window that pops up, click on the 'Internet Properties (WWW)' link.

On the window that pops up, click on the 'DELETE FILES' button.

On the little window that pops up, put a checkmark in the box labeled
"Delete all offline content" and click on the 'OK' button.

STEP #5
Now, let's help to prevent this problem from happening in the future.
Click on the 'SETTINGS' button.

STEP #6
The only thing that we need to make sure of here
is that the circle next to "Every visit to the page" is checked.
Now click on the 'OK' button and reboot your computer.
